Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders will take about 5-7 business days to ship. Once an order ships, the average delivery time is about 2-5 days. Tracking details will be sent to your email address.
Can you ship to a freight forwarder?
We will not ship to a freight forwarder. The shipping address must be your home or business address.
Can I change the shipping address after I place an order?
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed. If you wish to change the shipping address after an order is placed, the order must be canceled and a new order must be placed. This will restart the wait time of the order as well.
Is a signature required for delivery?
Yes. We always require a signature for proof of delivery to help protect everyone from theft and fraud, and to ensure you receive your order. No exceptions. If you are not available to sign for the delivery, please let us know and we will request the shipping company to have it held at their nearest facility for a pick up. When you arrive to pick it up, please bring a photo ID matching the name on the order.

Can I return my order?
We do not accept returns.
How long will my order take to ship?
All orders ship in about 5-7 business days. Tracking will be sent to your email address as soon as it's available.
How do I track my order?
Once you receive an email notification confirming your order, you can visit our website and log in to track your order. When the order ships, you'll receive another status change of "Shipped" that includes the tracking information. The tracking information is sent to you via email at this time.
There are no updates to provide during the custom build process.
I didn't receive my order confirmation email.
First, check your Spam/Junk folder to make sure your email provider didn't filter the message. If you cannot find it, you might have mistyped your email address when placing the order. If you still haven't found the email, contact us and we will resend the confirmation email.

What is the warranty policy?
All products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's 1-year warranty against defects.
Can you coilovers achieve factory ride height?
No. In most cases, factory ride height cannot be achieved.
Can your coilovers be rebuilt?
Yes, all SF Racing Coilovers can be rebuilt by purchasing individual replacement parts. For example, if a strut leaks, you can simply replace the shock cartridge.
Can I customize the colors of my coilovers?
Yes, we have color options available. Please refer to the options on the product page to customize your coilovers.
